If you would like to join our team, please browse through our available positions for the upcoming school year. We are looking for people who have a deep desire to grow with us and educate the children for many years to come. Please submit a cover letter, resume, and statement of  philosophy of education to Bianca Goean-Keeley, Dean of Academics, and mention in the title of the email the position for which you are applying. For the 2023-2024 school year, our twelfth year of operation, we are looking to expand our team with the following:

  1. Full time English Language Arts Classical Teacher: a full-time multidisciplinary, multi-stages (6th through 12th) teacher. Preferred applicants will be Christ-centered, classically trained individuals with prior experience teaching multiple classroom subjects to students of all ages. While knowledge of classical teaching methods is preferred, we will also welcome as applicants scholars and life-long lovers and pursuers of knowledge and wisdom. Candidates must be detail-oriented; they should aim towards mastery of at least the following subject: English language arts (including grammar, literature, spelling, poetry, and composition). Mastery of other subjects is a plus. In addition, they should have strong classroom management skills and be very well organized. Recent graduates of traditional, reputable Liberal Arts programs are welcome to apply as well.
  2. Full-time, multidisciplinary Preschool (Early Childhood 2-4 year old students) teacher. Preferred applicants will be Christ-centered individuals with prior experience teaching preschool students. Applicants must understand children’s cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development to ensure a loving, stimulating, and safe classroom environment where individual children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. The teacher must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults. Minimum qualifications: a) Bachelor’s Degree; b)  45-hour Child Care Certification Program or completion of the 45 hours within 90 days of employment; c) Child Development Associate (CDA) or degree in early education; d) Two years experience working in a preschool setting – preferred; e) Current certificate for the four-hour first-aid and four-hour adult/child/infant CPR course. While knowledge of classical teaching methods is preferred, we will also welcome as applicants scholars and life-long lovers and pursuers of knowledge and wisdom. Candidates must be detail-oriented; they should aim towards mastery of the following subjects: early childhood language, mathematics, and music literacy; poetry; story telling; gross and fine motor development in early childhood. Conversational Spanish language is a plus. Candidates should have strong classroom management skills and be very well organized. Schedule is 8:15 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. daily.
  3. Full time, multidisciplinary Primary (second grade) Stage Teacher: Preferred applicants will be Christ-centered individuals with prior experience teaching multiple classroom subjects to elementary school students.  While knowledge of classical teaching methods is preferred, we will also welcome as applicants scholars and life-long lovers and pursuers of knowledge and wisdom. Candidates must be detail-oriented; they should aim towards mastery of the subject, have strong classroom management skills, and be very well organized.
